Barely 50 degrees? And foggy?- This weather is enough to depress anyone. I want to go outside and play. My excuses holding me back is the weather is so unpredictable. One minute it’s pretty, the next it’s pouring and I’m worried I’ll get hit by a car. Also wearing glasses in the rain = suck. I never know if I should just go at it all semi blind or just walk around water logged. I miss real summer.
Anywho… got day 6 of my Shred done! Guess what?!

I’m so glad I get this done in the mornings. I at least get a bit of recovery time during my days.
I’ve been really lax on food lately. Not in my eating, but in my posting! Sorry! I don’t have anything earth shattering to share, really. I eat shakes or eggs for breakfast, salads for lunch. Dinner is my more interesting time!
This week I made:
Taco Salad: lean ground beef, 1 tablespoon cumin, chilli powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, garlic, cayenne, paprika, black pepper, 2 cups lettuce, 1 tablespoon plain chobani yogurt (*for sour cream), 1 tablespoon salsa.
Salmon in Dill sauce + salad: small side salad, salmon steak , dill sauce ( dried dill, chobani, teeny bit of mayo, garlic powder, onion powder)
Baked chicken tenders in orange sauce with stir fry veggies: chicken breast cut up, dipped in eg wash, bread crumbs (bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, cayenne, garlic, parsley) baked 15 minutes at 425. orange sauce (lemon juice, cayenne, orange marmalade, water), steamed fla-r-pac asian stir fry veggies without sauce
